These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AI Certifications NZ ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") concerning your access to and use of our AI certification training services and website.

Refunds are subject to our refund policy, which will be provided at the time of purchase. Generally, refunds may be available if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before the scheduled training date, subject to an administration fee.

Certifications are awarded upon successful completion of training requirements and assessments. Certifications may have validity periods and require renewal. We reserve the right to revoke certifications obtained through fraudulent means.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled training date. Rescheduling fees may apply.
All content, materials, and intellectual property provided through our services, including but not limited to training materials, videos, documents, and software, are owned by or licensed to AI Certifications NZ and are protected by New Zealand and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

While we strive to provide uninterrupted services, we do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times or free from errors. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the extent permitted by New Zealand law. We do not warrant that our training will result in specific outcomes or employment opportunities.
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable New Zealand consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Certifications NZ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, telecommunications failures, or government actions.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation.
If negotiation is unsuccessful, the parties agree to participate in mediation before pursuing legal action.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of New Zealand.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under New Zealand law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Certifications NZ regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
